Biography
Experienced Litigator with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Have spent the last 31 years in a retail environment actively litigating all types of cases across the country as the first chair. Have specialized in employment litigation but have also handled class actions of all types, consumer credit, ADA, and ERISA-related litigations. For the last nine (11) years have led an in-house trial team of over 10 attorneys and paralegals that has actively defended corporate clients across the nation. Have successfully developed and prepared litigation team for first chair roles in litigation. In addition, the management role has required performing litigation-related duties while meeting budget constraints and performing numerous administrative obligations. As required by my leadership responsibilities, I have consistently met and exceeded budget expectations while maintaining a cohesive, collaborative, and diverse team of skilled professionals.
