The Corporate Transparency Act  requires companies to report details about their owners, officers and those who helped create the entity by filing documents with a Secretary of State.  It is important to know:

  • Which companies are required to submit reports
  • Which individuals information must be collected
  • Ways to limit a company's exposure to fines or criminal sanctions.
