Legal organizations implementing hybrid workplace models are at greater risk of accelerating inequities that already disproportionately impact lawyers in underrepresented groups. Attend this workshop to learn more about proximity biases which are types of cognitive biases that lead to (mostly) unintentional exclusion of colleagues because they are “out of sight, out of mind.” Participants will also learn how to combat these types of biases in order to better retain talent.
